Hello there im going to be teaching you how to make your own HTML website.

Add adding image using a ulr.
Use this code where it says "Here" add the link between the and don't remove the "".

Code:
<body background="Here">

That should set the image at the url as your website background.

Adding center, it's pretty much like fourms centering the code is

<CENTER>Hi i'm Zak.</CENTER>

Saveass on the notepad save as all files and WEBSITE.html then run it you should have your back ground....

Im going to add more to this by editing post tomorrow

Center tag/element is deprecated, so you shouldn't use it anymore.

use <div> to align things,

ex.
<div align="center">
<div align="left">
<div align="right">
<div align="justify">

left-----------Left-align content
right----------Right-align content
center--------Center-align content
justify--------Stretches the lines so that each line has equal width (like in newspapers and magazines)

you can also use div with your css to perfect things

ex.

<div id="css code section name here">

and always be sure to close these aligned area with

<div/>
